Delivery delays and refund conditions: For any order placed before 3:00 PM with Chronopost 24-hour delivery, Colissimo to a Pickup Point, or Colissimo Home Delivery, in the event of a delivery delay, you may request a refund of the delivery charges. The claim must be made within three (3) calendar days of the actual delivery date. After this period, no refund request will be considered. If the claim is valid and accepted, the refund will be issued as a credit note usable on a future order.

Return policy
We do our best to offer you impeccable products and service. However, sometimes the product you receive may not meet your expectations. You therefore have the option of returning it to us.
Return conditions:
You have 100 days from the date of delivery of your package to request a return for a refund to the original payment method.
To be accepted, the product(s) must:
• Not having been used
• Be in their original packaging,
• To be in the same condition as when you received them.
Incomplete, damaged, or soiled products returned by the customer will not be accepted; no exceptions will be made. Products returned without a copy of the invoice or order confirmation, or outside the withdrawal period, will not be processed. Refunds via bank transfer or credit card will be issued within 15 days to the bank account of the customer (same name, same address) who placed the order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for products with a manufacturing error or product defect for which Unipap's is liable.
Once the withdrawal declaration has been sent to Unipap's, at the latest within 100 days of receiving your order, you must return the product(s) concerned to Unipap's within a reasonable time and, at the latest, within 15 days from the validation of the withdrawal declaration.
